The Central Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Tribhuvan University collaborated with the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Kangba TV (China), and Himalayan Television (Nepal) to organize the “3^rd Trans-Himalaya Communication and Social Development Conference” held on 7–8 November 2025 in Kathmandu. The event featured participation from distinguished academic communities of friendly nations, including China, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Bhutan. Prof. Dr. Deepak Aryal, Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, addressed the conference as the Chief Guest.
